Hello All,
Hope you are enjoying Ireland’s first summer for a few years. From freezing in our new office when we moved in, we are now contemplating buying a fan. But like the Pony Express, rain or shine, NewsFour will come through.

Harry Cavendish, our Sandymount-based reporter and a highly-valued member of staff, decided to move on to better things last month. We wish Harry all the best for the future.

As Harry was our only reporter based in Sandymount, we need contributions from people based in the Sandymount and Booterstown districts. So if anyone out there has something to get off their chest, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Sandymount Community Services, who bring you NewsFour, held their Annual General Meeting on the 21st May. A vote was taken and Dermot Lacey was re-elected as Chairman, former NewsFour editor Ann Ingle was elected as Secretary and Ed Penrose was re-elected as Treasurer.
