Gay and Dennis Middleton, the parents of Steven, would like to thank the following for their fantastic efforts in raising funds which enabled a trust fund to be set up to alleviate the travelling and accommodation costs in travelling to London for Steven to have tests and to monitor his condition due to the serious nature of his liver disorder.
