tells us some good news about the Casey family, who emigrated to Queensland over
three years ago. Barry, Paula and their three children, Ciaran, Darragh and Aoife
from Malone Gardens, Bath Avenue are now living in Brisbane and are really happy
there.
Right from the word 'go' Darragh and Ciaran were into the local soccer team Albany Creek and the two Irish lads drew great crowds to their matches every week. The latest news is that Darragh (18) has been picked to represent Queensland under 20 team.
As well as playing for Albany Creek, Darragh is helping the Blue Heelers, a girls' team under 16 and they have just won the State title. Darragh says he knew they would do well and he's very proud of them.
